Terms & Conditions

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a valid credit card guarantee, as applicable to the rate booked.

By completing a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

Room rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable service charges and government taxes unless otherwise stated.

Holiday Resort Lombok reserves the right to refuse a reservation at its discretion.

Standard Rate: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night's stay.

Non-Refundable Rate: All payments made are non-refundable. No changes or modifications are permitted after booking.

Package Rates (Romantic Getaway, Great Family, All Inclusive): Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival are free of charge. Cancellations within 7 days will be charged 100% of the total stay.

Early Departure: In the event of early departure, charges for the full originally booked period will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No-Show: Failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior notification will be treated as a no-show and charged in full.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00 WITA). Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon) WITA.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

A valid government-issued photo identification (passport for international guests, KTP for Indonesian guests) must be presented at check-in. This is a legal requirement under Indonesian hospitality regulations.

Room keys are issued to the registered guest only.

Maximum occupancy per room is as specified at the time of booking. Additional guests are not permitted without prior written consent and may incur additional charges.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other guests, resort staff, and the surrounding community.

Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking in non-smoking rooms will incur a deep-cleaning fee of IDR 500,000.

Pets are not permitted on the resort premises.

Holiday Resort Lombok reserves the right to request that any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate vacate the premises without refund.

Guests are liable for any damage caused to resort property, including rooms, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, during their stay.

The cost of any damage will be charged to the credit card on file or invoiced directly to the guest.

Holiday Resort Lombok accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

The resort is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from the use of resort facilities including the pool, beach, fitness centre, or spa, unless caused by the resort's negligence.

Use of the swimming pool, beach, fitness centre, and gardens is complimentary for all registered in-house guests.

The Mandalika Spa is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Spa treatments require prior booking and are subject to availability. A 4-hour cancellation policy applies to all spa appointments.

Yoga sessions (Tuesday 5–6 PM and Friday 7–8 AM) are complimentary for in-house guests.

Dining venues operate during the hours published on our website and in-room dining guide. Menu, pricing, and operating hours are subject to change.

Pool and beach towels are provided. Loss of a resort towel will incur a replacement charge.

Package inclusions are as described on the Holiday Resort Lombok website at the time of booking. Inclusions are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Package components not utilised during the stay cannot be refunded, exchanged, or carried over to a future stay.

Romantic Getaway Package: The complimentary Romance Spa session must be pre-booked at the spa reception. The romantic dinner is served at the designated time agreed with the resort.

Great Family Package: Complimentary activities for children are subject to schedule and availability. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

All Inclusive Package: Inclusions cover meals and beverages as specified at the time of booking. Premium spirits, wines, and bottled beverages may be charged separately.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

By making a reservation, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any dispute arising from or relating to a stay at Holiday Resort Lombok shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia.

Holiday Resort Lombok reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
